1. Scope
These terms apply when you use OCEAN’s website and when you book OCEAN’s transport, moving, cleaning or assembly services.
2. Information on the website
The website introduces our services and may change. Prices are not published on the website; every job gets its own quote.
3. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are free and based on the information you give. Price and time are agreed before work starts. A booking is confirmed once both sides have agreed by phone or message.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell OCEAN as early as you can. Cancellation terms are agreed when you book.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate details, such as the amount of goods, floors, lifts and parking.
- Keep access routes clear and have someone present at handover.
- Keep money, documents and valuables yourself, and do not hand over dangerous or prohibited goods for transport.
6. Damage and complaints
OCEAN works carefully to protect your belongings. If you notice damage, tell OCEAN straight away, preferably on the day of handover. Liability is determined by what was agreed and by Finnish law. Your rights as a consumer under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act are not limited.
7. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), kuluttajariita.fi.

The website’s content belongs to OCEAN and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
